Mr. Perez was born in Michoacán, Mexico. At the age of nine years old, his family migrated to the San Joaquin Central Valley in California. He was raised in Cantua Creek, a small rural town in Fresno County. After graduating from high school, he attended the California State University-Fresno, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and graduated magna cum laude. While he was completing his undergraduate studies, he joined our firm in 2014 where he gained experience in personal injury, civil litigation, wage and hour claims and workers’ compensation.
Soon after graduating from CSU Fresno, Mr. Perez attended San Joaquin College of Law. While in law school, he received multiple scholarships for his academic excellence and leadership. Mr. Perez was also awarded multiple Witkin Awards for obtaining the highest grade in several of his law school courses. In the summer of 2019, he graduated from San Joaquin College of Law, with distinction, and admitted to the California Bar in December 2019. Mr. Perez currently represents injured workers and employees in wage and hour claims.
Mr. Perez takes a personal stake in each case that he handles and attempts to obtain the best possible outcome for his clients. He prides himself in providing his clients with the attention that they deserve, always keeping his clients interest at heart, giving honest opinions and ensuring that his clients are well informed before they have to make difficult decisions.
Mr. Perez enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys the outdoors and spends his spare time hiking, mountain biking and road cycling.
